So why did my forum not work?

Hi guys

So in the UK, you have two main escort forum, this one https://goo.gl/Prbq3X and this one https://goo.gl/OcdZ4L .

So I set a forum too, https://goo.gl/dOp4bJ and got posting everyday, set up dummy account etc etc and just could not get it to pick up. I have stopped posting on it for a while as I really need to think of a new strategy.

What exactly would be my pivot point to make this work?

Yeah I will give a new forum software a shot but I used SMF as a starting point to create a MVP (minimum value product) and then take it from there.

So I obviously did not make my project fail fast enough and that is probably because everyone seems to say that it takes years to get a forum up and running.

So if I did get a new forum script how could I make it fail quickly or become a success quickly in order to find my next pivot or preserve?

The forum is the wrong colour, bad design, wrong topics, and I didn't bother to go look at any of the posts because there are far better things to do.

Even the greatest software isn't ging to change the forum. Think long and hard what your target audience wants then start to work out how to supply it in a way that inspires them to stay.

no not at all! However, you´re asking how to get it going...

you´ve got to consider, it may never get going, well, not like the other forums you´ve mentioned. Maybe 20 or 30 people each day may come over.
