Every person has a body scent but I doubt if it do to ethnicity.

Actually, I have alot of black friends - both men and women and none smell (if anything, they smell way better than some white people I know). If the women you are referring to have braids, it may be the treatment they have to get done on their hair to 'replace' washing their hair. If you know of a white woman who has braids done and maintains them (and not a vacation thing) she should smell the same way after the treatment.

A girl im seeing is black, she smells heavenly. I don't know where you live but I've never met a black woman that smelled bad. Most actually take more care in their smell and appearance than most white women do - just my experience
