Need Unproven Flash Designers
If you are an unproven flash designer, catch me on AIM or ICQ. I have an incentive based plan. If our site does well, you'll make a killing and more then you would make if we paid one time and one time only, but if our site does horrible, you could end up doing work for cheap.
