    Activating New Paxum Card

Anyone else having a issue link this. I got my new paxum card(finally) and I am attempting to activate it via my account, I enter the card number as it asks, it loads for a bit then puts me back to the home page. No error message.

Contacted support and added ruth on sykpe, No response yet.

    Am I doing something wrong?

No, you are doing it right. Just send Support a message via the Message Center and they will fix it. Some cards need manual activation for some strange reason, it had been explained here before exactly why this happens. I don't remember the reason, but just send a support message and they will apparently fix it for you real quick.
