Business Are Traffic Leaks OK on Paysites Now ? Model Drama !

So I am having a bit of a running feud with a model we shot about 3 or 4 years ago, shot her on 5 separate occasions, shot about 30 odd scenes of her, told her we was going to create a site ect... then she freaked out when we tried to make money back off what we'd invested

Basically ploughed somewhere between 2-3k (British) so about $4500 (at the time) into shooting her... at first we tried a couple of clip site options... both times she blew up and talked to us (well me) like shit... both times I gave her the profiles we'd set up...

Now we've finally launched a site and she's gone MENTAL... now her main complaint is we called it her official site, when it's obviously not... but this is porn right ? How many sites do actually have the girls actively behind the site...

Don't get me wrong I have no problems changing shit, and if she'd come and spoke to me normally I would of done... but she came in all guns blazing swearing and demanding shit... she's also knocked my stuff, even though the diva earned serious $$$ out of it... So I am a little pissed now to change shit...

I asked her what she thought we was going to do with 30 odd scenes of her, and we'd told her from day 1 we'd make a site... she said she thought we we're going to make like some sort of fan site, and send all the traffic and sales to her site... CHLOES TOY BOX

And that leads me on to the question in the title, I then went and had a look at her site... it's with VEROTEL supposedly... got to say I think it looks like shit... and are traffic leaks ok ? Linking to all her clip sites seems like some massive traffic leaks to me...

Seriously I need to employ someone to deal with all the model drama we have...

Ur issue sounds like how you initially went about things. You gotta have an established price, let them know exactly what their getting into and be done with it.

We did tell her from the start that we intended to do her a site from the start, and she had no complaints... it was only after we'd shot her 5-6 different times... and we started to try and re coup some of that money that she acted like we didn't tell her... it doesn't matter how professional you try and be, when all around you just act like she is...

Our model release is air tight... she obviously was more interested in counting her money than reading the release... And I would of changed things if maybe she'd tried speaking to us like normal people instead of swearing and making demands...

More interested anyways to hear what people's opinions are on the traffic leaks... or if they are now excepted... anyways been a long day, sorry if I sound grumpy but real tired so going to crash

We won't be able to film more as I wouldn't go near the diva with a barge pole... her boyfriend as committed multiple accounts of liable as well as threatening in a malicious way... the police are dealing with that right now though...

The content is 100% ours... and the model release and ID give us absolute rights over it and it's use... Plenty of content of different models as been and will continue to be used for all sorts of things, she was ok when she was counting the money we paid her, so much so she obviously didn't bother to read the release...

And the irony is I would of changed things if she had bothered to speak to me properly... but the first contact was gobbing off demanding shit... sigh

Here's the thing, we was going to change it before she went off on one... it's with Model Centro and it's a template site... the wording is the same for all the sites... cause, surprise surprise (no not Cilla Black) a lot of people create sites with content they have shot/bought and they (via their model release) have create license on the wording... and I mean absolute... trust me our model release allows us to use the content we paid for however we want...
