Chaturbate Chargebacks / Refunds... Anyone seen this before?

    Chaturbate Chargebacks / Refunds... Anyone seen this before?

    I've never noticed this before.
    From my CSV transaction log...

    "April 11 2017, 15:51",#CUSTNUMBER#,-62.99,-12.60,,"December 01 2016, 04:00",US

    Sure enough, that transaction was subtracted from my total revenue.

    So I searched through the log. This guy has spent a decent amount over the last several months. First chargeback/refund.

    Only one other refund in my entire log. So that's not bad, I suppose.

      Yes sometimes happens but on CB the chargebacks are rare on other programs I see them much often!

              I get some chargebacks, but not too many. A one every few months or so.

                  That would be due to a user that signed up under the RevShare program that charged back or refunded their purchase. The first negative number shows their refund amount (-62.99), and the second shows the 20% RevShare amount that was deducted due to their refund (-12.60).

                      In light of the current scheme of things at Chaturbate, is the company willing to provide proof to the affiliates that the chargebacks actually transpired?

                          Yeah. I'm not worried about it. CB is great. I'd just never seen that before.
