      You can create alias for each paxum acccount and add extra e-mail (I don't remember how many)

              You can have multiple CB accounts and share the same payoneer card for sure! I know a guy that shares the same card with his girlfriend so it's possible on payoneer(firstchoicepay) ! Maybe you can do it on paxum too!
