I don't think a tattoo really says much about a women. When I was 24 I got a tattoo on my birthday. I got a red heart outlined in black on my rib cage. I would never have got one on my arm or back. I thought about the ankle but I wanted it so that it would only be seen if I choose to show it. And the one I got is tiny, only about the size of my little fingernail.
