    Three home invaders shot dead with AR-15

    A 19yo kid used his AR-15 to defend his family's home. The home invaders were between 16-18 and armed with a knife and brass knuckles. All shot dead. The getaway car driver is in custody and charged with the murder of her three friends since she took part in a crime involving deaths.

      saw it a bit ago. "don't bring a knife to a gunfight" i don't get the charge of murder. she did not force them to go in.

          I think the original intent of that charge was for when one of two robbers kills a victim. They are both held equally responsible. So here the victim killed the suspects, thus the surviving suspect is held responsible for their deaths.

          She should have kept her mouth shut until she had a lawyer. Then she could have played dumb and said she didn't know why they wanted a ride to that house.

              Yep many states have a Felony Murder Rule where people can be charged with murder in the death of an accomplice while committing a felony

                  For every "one" gun hero there is probably 200 idiots who shoot them selves while cleaning their gun and 2 thousand murders by gun..

                  Example.. just today her in FL that I saw on national news, a guy shot 6 people 2 of which were kids with a AK-47

                  AK-47 found in car of man accused of shooting 6 in Sanford | WFTV

                  Then there were 2 cops shot in Miami

                  2 police officers shot in Miami, authorities say - CBS News

                  This is just in a single state on a single day and those are "just" shootings that made national news.. but hey wave your flag because you found the 1 in 2 thousand hero of the month to claim assault rifles are good..

                          I highly doubt that a guy who shoots six people with an AK was living as a model citizen. There have probably been opportunities to lock him up long term prior to this.
