hehe sounds like you need to charge an entry fee!

pornguy 04-14-2003 11:38 PM

The Miami show is actually going to be in Hollywood Fl right??

It should be on Miami Beach at the convention center. Tha place is massive and all of the BARS and Hotels are within walking distance.

It is great to stumble from bar to bar and then try to find the hotel that you came from.!!

ry0t 04-14-2003 11:52 PM

Steve, a lot of people don't respect anything. Just be glad you picked up a lot of advertisers. (hopefully)

Steelhead 04-15-2003 01:27 AM

I smoked outside :winkwink:

...on the last night's party. 3 nights of non-stop partying, wall to wall people, and 2.5k in damage. Could have been a lot worse. Sucks though. Those party's rocked. :-)

--T

New Orleans was good, tho I thought it was at the Hilton -- but dont you remember they moved you to the club that they didn't use any more since there was a wedding or something in the courtyard and they were deathly afraid of us getting out there with the wedding party... pretty hard to claim you did that much damage in a club setting, especially with Anthony as the point man ;)

Now you make me laugh T, remember KC and the transvestite hooker outside the Famous Door?

They added $2500 for "excessive damage" including

- cigarette-burned and drink-stained carpets
- burned and stained ottoman
- broken mirrors, pictures, and damage to the walls

The letter states "overall, the room was simply trashed"

Ok guys, anyone have anything they want to confess? :glugglug

Steve Lightspeed

I think they overcharged you, it didn't look that bad

VirtuMike 04-15-2003 02:19 AM

MAN I miss those NatNet parties. I agree, the Hilton New Orleans was great with the bar on the top. But the hotel sucked much ass. And so does the Sheraton New Orleans and the Wyndham Bourbon Orleans. Matter of fact, I think pretty much all the hotels in New Orleans suck ass. But what a town!

I was really disappointed to see that some aholes wrote on the table with permanent marker at the Lightspeed suite. Seriously, how the hell does that happen? Some people just don't know how to behave.

KC 04-15-2003 02:27 AM

The lightspeed parties were fun. I'd say $2500 is getting out easy! At least you didn't need to buy the booze through the hotel. ;)

That much alcohol can run between $15-40K from Vegas hotels.<g>

StacyCat 04-15-2003 04:23 AM

Well, I know at the hotel that I work for, for a small charge they can clear the room of all the furniture. We have done it several times when the idiots in sales oversell our suites!

To late, I've already got the wrong idea :)

Platinum Dave 04-15-2003 06:11 AM

$2500 is cheap.

trying doing a party like that at Internext with two suites and all night, three nights in a row.

$2500 per room per night would be cheap :)

Hmmm Esa!

j/k :)

Zebra 04-15-2003 06:56 AM

I remember us waiting forever for a cab while the sun was rising over Bourbon Street and when the first cab came some tranny tried to steal it and KC was ready to kick he/she/it's ass..
I was pretty drunk at the time (who wasn't?).. Is that sort of how it went? I remember a few of us were too drunk to stand still so we ended up walking back to the hotel instead of waiting.. too drunk to remember who it was that walked back with me though.

That was one fun night :thumbsup
I seem to recall someone videotaping part of that night.. either D$ or one of his friends..
I'll have to ask him if he has it still.. would be funny to watch!

Easton 04-15-2003 06:58 AM

jeezus... imagine if had been in Phoenix too... the hotel damages might have been double... ROTF :1orglaugh

OK....you remember more about this than I do LOL!!!! Yes, it was the Hilton.....and yes, they did move us. They were terrified about that wedding in the courtyard.......wouldn't you be? ;)

Yes, I agree. As long as we were doing club environments then there is little anyone can bitch about.....and yes, bringing Anthony just makes it even harder for them to bitch :)

Aaahhh, the Famous Door. A bunch of us were laughing about that over dinner in PHX last week! I wonder if Zebra remembers that shooter girl?? KC and Transvestite hooker......now that was funny as hell. I wish it was something juicy enough that Esa would get mad, but alas it was harmless. ;)

Hey Lens...From what I hear, you do not always have to wait for the guy to be drunk before making your move. Ask Dawgy for some pointers. :Graucho

Shok 04-15-2003 11:11 AM

Hey at least you didnt have worms in your bed

or fish in your bath tub

or a chunk of meat in your sink

or vaseline smeared wall to wall

I will never forget the look on the police officers face at 5am when he put his hand on his gun and said "what the fuck did you do in here?"

Rick Latona 04-15-2003 11:14 AM

I was never there. Hell, I didn't even go to Phoenix.

LMFAO, next time you'll know to bring your wading boots!

I can not believe that the police thought that you fucked up your own room. It's a good thing you got out of there before the alarm clocks all went off!!

Gabriel 04-15-2003 11:55 AM

Rumor has it, Paradise Valley P.D. made good use of the vaseline and treated Shok to a baton insertion party.

Its only a rumor of course.....

Seems like something a couple of newbies/wannabies might of done.

ROFL!!! Yes, I remember!! Wasn't this on the same night as his Birthday Party at Ditka's??? Anyone remember Cajun Barbie?? My favorite line from that night was what the waitress said as she was walking into the PDR...I won't repeat it for obvious reasons, but if you were there you will know EXACTLY what I am talking about.....right Amber?? ;)

Shok was paranoid as hell that night.
He knew something was going to happen, just not what.

Evil, evil people...
