If its who I think it is they ran a video / toy fulfillment company in the San Fernando Valley. They were struggling. Had shutdown. Came back to life with new management, then went off the radar screen again.

Once they're at this stage just write it off. Collecting money from a dead fish is next to impossible, and not worth the time and energy.
