It's called pre-check and non-checked cross sales between low end paysite networks. There are two people on this forum who are more famous for doing it, basically bouncing around credit cards triple to five times charging them.

anyway, site must be new, or site must suck, because from 400 sales have to be more than 100 rebills right? with the revenue from the sales it looks like there are also trials, so mostly the companies are also offering pps ... i know it is hard decission, but my boys are switching from revs to pps on some sponsors, and same will i do. 400+100 on revs = 5100, 400+100 on pps = 15000 and with that rebills ratio you have ...
