What is going on with CCBill?

Is anyone else getting this message when trying to view stats in detail?

"Gateway Timeout

The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application." This has been happening for over a week. And it is getting worse, less and less stats available to view.

Does anyone know what is going on with CCBill? They do not seem to post here anymore either.
