On sites that use PayPal for selling memberships - are PayPal sales being tracked to a webmaster ?

Sort of a moot point now, no? Sites aren't going to be using Paypal any longer.

I'm talking about non adult sites too that sell different stuff thru affiliates.

It's looking like Yahoo Direct or Storm Pay. Yahoo has turned away the adult industry once previously.

It would depend on the affiliate. It was about 50/50 for the adult area, so probably around the same for non-adult.
