No it has not been repealed - although for most unless you live in specific states, it doesnt apply to you.
The new bill doesnt change that...just makes a different way of financing it and gets rid of the exemptions for the states that prevented it in the past so now it will affect everyone...thanks to the new Republican House that wants to give out more government money - idiots
