These exit traffic or popunders must originate from real surfers (i.e. no hitbots or multiple exits please). Please list the price here and all other infos you have.

Also I don't want to use Paypal for payments or transfer payment by wire (unless you have a bank account at the Royal Bank of Canada). I prefer paying by credit card via https://www.2checkout.com/cgi-bin or https://secure.visionbill.net I can also pay by checks and money order
