    Rant How on earth did this even get to court!!!

    Farmer, 83, cleared over shooting man on his land - BBC News





    An 83 yearold shoots a convicted burgular at 2am in the morning in the foot because he feared for his life and the old bill charge him for grevious bodily harm.

    The jury threw the case out in 23 minutes but it should never of got to court in the first place!

          I like the castle law in the USA...you need to put signs around your property and you have the right to an armed response...in my country if you shoot a burglar you go to jail...WTF?...read an article where a burglar fell through the roof and landed on some kitchen knife that was standing upward in one of those plastic dish drying things and he sued the owner of the house and WON...what the fuck?
