affiliate payouts through paypal

weird that every program that i use that pays with paypal hasn't said a word about may 12th. do they not know that paypal is pulling the plug on anything adult?

i find it weird that nobody has started switching to something else like epassporte. is everyone just sitting back smoking a big doob and hoping everything will be fine?

They'll deal with it when you complain, or when they notice that less people are signing up.

I really havent paid attention to this paypal situation. Does this mean I can't get paid by paypal or use paypal to buy things like content or traffic? Is there some big thread about this somewhere?

They will probably wait until they are 100% sure that it won't be allowed... about the time peoples' funds get seized by PayPal.

You're talking about sponsors that pay their affiliates for their signups using Paypal, as opposed to a check/wire? Is that actually prohibited? They're not actually paying for adult products or services in that respect...

Have you ever heard of TokenSystems? I have been using them for a long time now and I believe their system is the best way to charge for your content.

It is a pay-per-view AVS company and you can charge a couple dollars for just one movie clip and believe me, PEOPLE WILL PAY IT! Save your bandwidth charges and don't give your whole site away for $20-30 a month. Make a couple dollars off just one movie clip!

Here is some more information:
http://www.tokensystems.com/promo.htm

P.S. I don't make a penny from that link above, I just wanted to tell you about TokenSystems, because of PayPal canning all adult accounts.

Thank you.

Whats up with paypal? Is there a good reason for this? Or is it some stupid moral trip. Isn't porn money green enough?

We've actually seen a lot of epassporte Visa's being issued since the PayPal announcement.

The P2P functionality of epassporte for webmaster payouts works beautifully. Moving $$$ and withdrawing $$$ is easy, inexpensive, and global.

I'll have more news about epassporte very, very soon. Stay tuned.
