Your reliance on things like automated domain appraisals and the Google keyword tool point to a lack of understanding of domain value metrics.
"switch porn" and "switch wife" have zero keyword value in terms of search algorithm weight (since nobody is searching for those terms) and nobody is doing a direct typein since those terms mean nothing to society (think of someone blindly going to insurance.com because they think it probably sells insurance there).
Brand value is your last hope and they both suck for that. Can you imagine calling your project Switch Wife? Filing for a trademark on that term? No.
So really all that you are left with are domains for the type of site where the domain doesn't really matter.... and thus your potential buyers are just going to get an $8 new registration rather than pay you the four figures you think these are worth.
The most money you are going to make on these is the renewal fees that you save by letting them expire.Comment
