You can't tell anything about what might have happened by looking at the front end. The database needs to be investigated.

You may contact the theme owner if you are not tech savvy. I bet there is some database issue.

In the meantime, I tried to repair the database using some tutorials and I think I succeeded. But this did not solve the problem, now I can see thumbnails but the video clips still not..

I would suggest starting over with a new theme, it might be hard work but I guess the current theme might be unstable and would cause you further problem in the future.

Yes, I sent him an email yesterday and still waiting for a reply. It seems that the repair of database solve the problem, now everything looks good.. Can you please take a look?

I'm not sure, this is the first time that I have a problem with the theme.. but I will certainly consider this option as well.

Oh..but well, they will continue to work on the script, updates and support will be available for existing customers.. I totally understand their reasons and I hope they will indeed continue to provide support to existing customers..
