State laws has absolutely nothing to do with Federal Laws for Federal Employees, being briefed by the FBI on how Government communications must be handled, being briefed regularly on how to handle classified materials, being briefed regularly on how to handle all correspondence (agency-wide), signing agreements to abide by the law, swearing oaths to abide by that law and so on. And of course, lets not even touch on the fact that a personal email account is not even the same thing as setting up a private server for the sole intent of avoiding FOYA requests AT THE DIRECT RISK TO THE NATION and KNOWING FULL WELL THAT ITS 100% AGAINST THE LAW and being able to destroy all the data in the end (you know, as she did with all the devices, drives, computers and emails that were under subpoena).... because you know,... shit..
Yes, fewer illegal immigrants working equates to more job opportunities for American citizens.

I'll bet the Trump administration would love for this to be a thing, so everyone would take their focus off the Russia problem. But the Russia problem is a monster that's not going away.
