Miscalculated the time it would take to transfer my domains and sites from ISPrime virtual hosting to my own hosting so I wrote them an email asking to pay for an extra few days to keep my sites up.
They extended my hosting another 10 days, and didn't charge me a cent! Talk about a class act, because it's not like they were getting new business .. they were infact losing business, and still didn't hesitate to help out as much as possible
