I woke up and I couldnt breathe

I went to have a short nap, and I woke up and I couldnt breathe, I dont know if I choked on my mucus or what. It was fucked up.

I was gasping for air.

What the hell.

I was at the doctors yesterday. I have to go for testing on monday. I havent been able to breathe properly for the last 2 years. I think its allergies. Or maybe I was the one who started the SARS epidemic?

Oh, I've heard of this illness. The next time you go to sleep you will die.

Happy dreams!

if you are coughing all night and your stomach bothers you , you probably have asmtha

I found a site the other day on it after PK said I probably have some minor asmtha with the change of weather.

symptoms

rhinitis (inflammation of the nasal passages )
thick mucus discharge
difficulty breathing
anixety.

Most sites will not say the above symptoms they will say wheezing and other symptoms

Is it raining where you are ? I noticed a pattern last year that I get worse when it changes to rain.

They say to drink coffee that has caffeine if you are having an asmtha attack and don't have medicine.

I bought a "true air" allergen reducer yesterday at Target . It was around 60 bucks , turned it on and shut my door last night. I notice a big difference in my breathing today.

Sometimes when I breathe, I feel sharp pains in my lungs... So I have to grasp my lungs and take short breaths. It doesn't happen often though.

I don't have asthma or any other respiratory problems.

I dont think thats what I've got. I have severe allergies... and possibly asthma. I have to get chest xrays and asthma testing this week. Along with a blood test and allergy testing later on. Old age is catching up to me.
