I would start them on Chaturbate to let them learn the ropes so they know what to expect and they learn what triggers a user into tipping or paying for PVT. Once they have a decent following, move them to Jasmine where they can capitalize on the knowledge gained. That though is assuming that every cam girl is in it for the business, which in reality is only the top 2%.

Lets say I'm setting them up with everything including a room, Where I could rotate girls throughout the day giving them a set schedule.

I'd need 3 extra bedrooms in a place.

The shifts: (for each bedroom, so a total of 9 girls, 3 online at a time unless they shared a cam from time to time.)
12pm to 4pm
4pm to 8pm
8pm to 12am

Obviously this is going to take a bit of time to setup given my situation is living in a trailer right now. And having all the girls in the same work environment could open more opportunities this way, like a think tank, there could be other things that could be created in such an environment/office/studio setup

• A set schedule Days/Hours online to adhere to
• A personal website that has their information, a photo set, and store for buying panties and other wearables, clips could be created and sold on their websites as well.
• Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr accounts to further their reach

All of this would need to be handled by me and hopefully I can build a trustworthy team to help as well eventually.
Most of the girls would just want to send me 10 or so fresh photos a day to keep their social networks up to date.. And i'd take it from there as far as Coding, Design, and promotion.

Has anyone tried anything like this before?I'd want it all to be legit, Like good food for the girls while they are there, A basic gym for exercising, In general making their lives better and just making sure they have a chance to get a head start in life. Offer bonuses on their earned tips if they are in college etc.

and also helping myself along the way, as I to am trying to better my conditions.

This ^^ is very hard to do in the US because of zoning and employment laws. Most localities do not allow a home business to be open to the public and most certainly not house employees without a commercial certificate of occupancy.

Stay in the trailer park and have the girl-in-charge rent the trailer for each 'studio'. Make it look like some girls that are living as roommates. Do some investigation of local ordinances -- you have no prior business experience -- I can see that.
