This could work - blurred/pixilated to give some hint may indeed be the way to go.
Hot cam girls showing just the right parts, they might be able to get more people tipping than otherwise..
But, with webcams - the big money tends to come from your whales. It's never relied on making a little from many people but makes a lot from a small number of people (big spenders on cams). So it's hard to tell if this would be more profitable than seducing whales or having whales compete for a model. Thinking about it, it seems very unlikely it would make more than well worked whales
And if you're doing that, the whale might skip right past you if he can't see much. If you showed your screen maybe you would have hooked em for years instead. In cams, maybe this sort of thing has a place but it's not the most profitable path, i'd guess anyway.
