Giant fake tits are not attractive at all. Of course, cosmetic surgery can be amazing for someone who's body has been damaged by trauma or disease. Breast augmentation can be nice, but only if its a small augmentation in my opinion. A little lift perhaps. Too big, is too big. It's a distraction to me, not a turn-on. But then, to each their own.

I personally do not like fake boobs but I wouldn't go out of my way to not date a girl who had them. They aren't always just about getting a big rack, a lot of times girls get them as they feel their boobs are out of proportion to their bodies and it's a confidence booster for them. One of my best female friends did it for this reason and she is just the same girl she was but with a bigger set of boobs.

Girls who have good sized boobs who get bigger are silly, you can never beat real, there is no surgeon in the world who can make them as good so if you have a good sized rack, don't enhance.

It maybe due to confidence but also there is a possibility it's pressure to get more money. Regular models often think that larger breasts means more attention - thereby more money.

So - if a model feels she'll make more money by having bigger boobs it simply could be a strategy of economics hoping more increased sales and work.
