    I have some friends who were buying property there last year. And fuck did the price pop the last 6 months. The old adage of buying low and selling high plays out again.

      It's been on my radar for years - It got expensive a few years ago - I will have to have a look again - It sounds like heaven...

              You are more than 10 years too late. The prices were unreal around 2000. I think if I was going to move there now I would just marry a local. Living in a hut on the Pacific coast is better than a mansion in the USA.

                  Have a high school friend who said fuck you America and moved there. Now he is married to a local and owns a huge farm.
