Actually looking for shared hostings with a lot of storage option.

Don't wanna pay for dedicated for just few paysite members. If the site grows and we earn much then we would consider to moving on dedicated. But at this time that is not a requirement.

Only storage and offline video streaming would be a problem..

Can you go with an unmanaged server?

If no, anything under 20$/month will be really bad. If you need +100GB of storage you'll have a hard time finding something decent under 50$/month.

A paysite requires more than shared hosting.

Use https://www.bitcatcha.com to check the speed of your webhost server. nocix.net does pretty well, while ovh.com got a bad score.
