New Title 18 addition...am I fucked you think?
I just read the part in Title 18 about misleading domain names.
I have a website named Girl4u.com, which is a toplist for amateurs. Do you think this name could be considered misleading, since it simply has the word girl in the title? Time to start routing traffic to a different domain name? Thanks!!

I don't know if you will get in trouble, but I just got a nice little letter from a law firm in new york about a domain I own. Basically I have 30 days to remove it else they are going to sue my company for 100,000.
