      The UK police force are widely regarded as the best in the world and frequently visit various locations around the world to lend their expertise.
      I think everyone would agree that the FBI / CIA or whatever the equivalent MET is are jokers in comparison.

          How the fuck can that be ;

          An inquest into Palmer's death concluded he was unlawfully killed. Police have said his shooting had "all the hallmarks of a professional hit".

          Even justified homicide is still a homicide. Shit-for-brains.

                  Then to answer you question directly; If the US ''ghetto'' police find a body dead and full of holes they report the homicide to the investigating detectives -- who arrive the next day sometimes
