What is Best/Good Video Editing Software for YouTube ?

i am looking for Video Editing Software for YouTube videos.

free/paid does nt matter,
it needs to be super easy, i am beginner in video editing.
i have used ffmpeg for video conversion previsouly, but this is different task.

i have videocharge paid app and its shit.

ill be editing videos in 4k/1080p 60fps

i dont need much advanced features , just basic ones, like splitting and joining clips, addding images , watermarks, adding music in background, then adjusting background music volume level , stuff like that, making video slow for few seconds., etc etc.

so what you guys are using ?

thanks for your time.

I would reccomend adobe premier elements. A stripped down user freindly version of the industry standard program

Video & movie making software | Adobe Premiere Elements 15

At least thats what I used when I had a windows laptop - It came pre-installed.

OK, there are plenty of other options, but if you get to grips with the elements version, it gives you a good foothold should you want to use the all singing all dancing full on version in the future

I use this as well. Easy to use, lots of features, and a good price.

Sony Vegas is very easy to use and have most of the features you need for youtubes.

Adobe premier, as far as I know, have more tools and features, but isa litlle more complex and has rough learning curve. But I have used only vegas, so far, so I might be wrong here

I used Vegas Pro for a decade and have recently changed over to Premier Pro - was happy with both.

I used Sony Vegas Pro for years, Discret Edit before that.
But I dont use Sony Vegas Pro anymore, because their GPU support sucks. I got a $2000 nVidia card in my editing workstation, but it still only renders the Special Effects on the GPU, and the video on CPU. Waste of time.

So I use Adobe now. Not to happy about the layout and workflows, but it renders faster with Full-HD

You're right about the GPU problem. But still awesome software for the price.

Yeah, its surprisingly cheap.
I still spend the $ for upgrading to v.14 because I was hoping(naive) for GPU support to work better. Will be fun to see what the new owners does to the software. Their other products are pretty good.

Adobe Premiere Pro 2017 / AVID

The issue you're going to be facing soon, with using any other software, is that once you start editing video, you will like it more and more, and you will want to have more and more editing features. That is when your going to start considering Premiere Pro CC 2107, or AVID. Best low profile editor must be iMovie, Vegas for the PC is a big step up from iMovie, but just not up enough to replace Premiere and AVID. Premiere is more basics for the professionals, but AVID is the wetdream.
