A compromise solution would be to intern, under humanitarian conditions, and for no more than a reasonable time, these immigrants and refugees -- and -- allowing a revetting of their suitability to be given green cards and the right to reside in the USA. The landed immigrants/refugees would have full constitutional rights, including habeas corpus rights.

That would be a diplomatic solution and one we are unlikely to see from shit-for-brains.

As far as Emperor Trump insulting the Court after he makes his case: STUPID! And FUCK YOU if you don't rule in my favor
