My point is that it's well within the realm of statistical possibility and the fact ALONE should not be AUTOMATICALLY used to support a totally outlandish conclusion that the the riots were somehow someway condoned by the university.

Of course it was condoned by the university. Universities these days are cesspools of virulent left-wing extremism. That's where all of this bullshit is coming from.
