They try to make it sound like everyone hates him by publishing stories about impeachment, riots, protests etc. This is done so that the people that are happy with what he does feel like they are the minority and get drawn to become part of the *perceived* majority.

                                                                      If trump and the republican party did not have alot of support, they would not be in the position they are in. All the media coverage of protests and riots and bullshit about impending impeachment 2 weeks into his presidency will not change the fact that they are in power and a very large portion of the country supports him. They try to make it seem like 5% of people voted for trump, 95% for hillary and he took power via some coup d'etat or something

However, that wasn't really a ban. It was a pause on refugee processing. And it was for a specific reason, there was a specific threat (failed plot by Iraqi nationals living in Bowling Green, Ky.).

                                                                                                                                                                  Trump on the other hand is only doing this to make it appear like he is doing something. He is not protecting Americans; He is targeting countries who have never sent terrorists to us. He put in place a complete ban for no reason, which fucked up the lives of thousands of people. For no reason.

                                                                                                                                                                  We have a vetting process in place that takes over a year. If he was to do anything, he should have taken a detailed look at the vetting process and recommend changes.
