filename lowercase converter?

Does anyone know of a lowercase converter for filenames that recurses through subdirectories?

I have a bunch of images all randomly .jpg and .JPG (thanks adobe) and I need to convert them to be the same.

Thanks... I think CKRename is going to do the trick. I'll post and let you know.

Damn, CKRename is perfect except it is not recursive. It even gives a preview of the results so you know what you are getting, very sweet feedback feature.

[edit]

It did the job though, I only had under 20 directories to do. Recursiveness would guarantee that I didn't miss any though!

Try that renamewiz. It's pretty feature-laden. Might work for you. You can do multiple folders, etc. Preview, the whole nine.

I got an "Errors found while renaming files. Continue anyway?" alert box. If I press yes, it keeps coming up. After four I selected no and uninstalled the program, as there was no feedback on the error what-so-ever!!!

Hmmm. Never had that problem with the software. Always worked exceptionally well for me. Is it possible you had some read-only files in some of the folders? What OS are you using?

I think I did have read-only files. I run Windows XP. The error message should have indicated the problem. No big deal.

Sorry, HQ. I felt like a heel when you said it didn't work for you, but it always did the job for me. You're right... it should have told you what the problem was. That sucks man.
