The US Government is not honoring visas issued PRIOR to this Executive Order.

No ex post facto Laws

Executive orders have the full force of law when they take authority from a legislative power which grants its power directly to the Executive by the Constitution, or are made pursuant to Acts of Congress that explicitly delegate to the President some degree of discretionary power (delegated legislation).

The Federal Court will rule on this and it may be appealed.

They may let it stand on all visa applications made AFTER the EO's date issued.

The constitution does not apply to low IQ people in other parts of the world who are not US citizens. It's pretty straight forward

It really saddens me that people outside the US know way more than its own citizens - you would think that all Americans would know that the Constitution applies to everyone entering the US - not just legal citizens. Yes it even applies to illegal immigrants.

For immigration there are some exceptions - but the laws covering that can only be made by the Congress...The president has no way of enforcing any laws he makes up on the spot...Separation of Power is the cornerstone of our republic

A lot of the red hat population does home schooling and aren't ever educated in the American public school system, that segment of our population is purposely raised to be devoid of facts & knowledged and fuelled only by religion & dogma.
