I was playing spot the spook. I was surprised there weren't a lot of snipers, spotters etc on the roofs. Only saw what could have been 2 maybe 3 and they were just standing there watching themselves.

Actually if you look closely there are a couple of areas which are most likely closed off/reserved areas in the mall which all of the pictures floating around are pointing to to show "low attendance" . If you were looking at it from afar you would assume it isn't crowded but by zooming in via this pic you can clearly see there are separate containment areas. About midway into the mall on the right you see how one part of a section is full but the other half of that section is nearly completely empty. Further back in front of the building in front of the monument appears closed off as well. The streets are completely closed off even to pedestrians it appears by looking at the street to the right with nothing but cops in the street.
