Let me point out to all of you that Backov has already noted this to be his personal opinion. Spotbrokers is not, and will not, be in the business of getting in the middle of issues between partners and or contractors of other companies.

if personA were to sign a legally binding contract with personB, saying "if i stop working for personB's company, then i won't be able to keep the rebills for the project i've been working on, under their company name"

regardless of what onlookers think, that contract is still legally binding and that's what would happen unless both parties decide to agree to an alternative.

of course a contract agreement is not everything, anyone can appreciate that.... it's easy to see right here, some onlookers aren't exactly loving "bad boy lightspeed" right now :2 cents:

Exactly. Sure Lightspeed put alot of work into the program, but I did see Nina put a lot of promotion into her site as well, promotional-wise etc.


If she's losing 100% of her membership and rebills, well.... that just can't be right. Not saying it's an easy situation, I'm sure it isn't.... but that ain't right.

Thats why you have a temporary revocation clause in there... Set it at 3 months, if you don't like the way things are going, you leave, and everyone is happ(ier).

This is a business... Treat it as such, thats why contracts are created.
