Don't think it would go out of fashion nowadays. I remember the full bush brazil style gaining some popularity not so long ago, but it's completely gone now. I have to agree tho: if the industry leads the way and somehow all the girls grow pubic hair, maybe we'll see it gaining more popularity, otherwise everything stays the same.
