    CCBill Support Offline

    Hello, since some days the livechat support from CCbill is offline. Does somebody know if they are in trouble somehow?

      I dont believe there has been an official announcement. Theres been a few threads asking about the issue already and so far, no response from CCBill.

      If you get too frustrated, theres always ModelCentro. We promote your site as well, dont have to pay for hosting, cheaper processing 10% vs 14-15%, and tons more! and working support ;)

          Is it 24/7?

          Maybe try their email support instead? Always worked for me.

              was before. not sure about right now. if it isn't. you would think it would mention the hours they are open in the window

              perhaps theyre just eliminating the live chat and dealing with a ticket/email system instead. downsizing support
