    Is anyone from m3server alive???

    I know this is a long shot but if anyone from M3Server is alive, you need to reply to my ticket. Our server has been offline for over 2 hours now and we've had absolutely no reply back from you whatsoever up until now

                  If you login to the client portal you can avoid issues like missed emails or emails that could be spam filtered. Logon to the ticket portal for secure and prompt replies.

                  Our ticket response average is 15 minutes. I encourage you to review your ticket history for any notices from M3 regarding server performance alerts.
