I (newbie) want to know all about proxies and how to use them and where to buy

1. You can not be 100% sure that you are the only one using a proxy server.

2. Private proxy means that you will be the only one which use that proxy until you pay for it, before and after payment that proxy can be used by other peoples.

3. You have to use private high anonymous proxy to have better protection.

3. It is better if you change also the browser and the operating system.

4. I will give you later my ref link to a service that I am using where you can change the IP very easy and have a lot of options to change your identity on the internet. (I just applied for their affiliate program and waiting for aproval)

VPNs change IPs automatically, right? If every time I login to my created account with different IP, this will be suspicious for website? I need 1 ip for 1 website profile, so I can login every day if I need. So what i really need is: Create 10 profiles and login when I need to create update - upload video for example... so..

IP4-profile4
IP5-profile5
etc...
After month I create another 10 account, so need 10 new IPs

It depends very much on what you intend to do. What kind of accounts do you want to create, for what social network?
From what you did write I suppose that you want same IP for a specific account so the VPN won't help you. You need private proxies and here is the catch, you'll never know if you share them with someone else or if they had been already banned for spam or whatever by the network for who you want to apply. From my modest experience I can tell that on the market are alot of VPN's but all have various issues that will bother you. Some are keeping your records, some are requesting your ID card, maybe a recent photo, some accept Paypal as payement, some want only a email and accept cryptocurrency. Just don't go with your head bumping in the door at the first offer, it may be money badly spent. Don't choose a VPN that changes your IP automatically, it's such a waste of time to check all the time your IP and compare. Some of them have their own app where you can choose the IP you want but that IP won't be used only by you, could be hundreds of users at a given moment.

most proxy Ips are known and dedectable.
the only really privacy is over TOR but than you have always a different IP and maybe even a different location.

also if you hide your original IP you will not be able to upload anything because that stuff is normally done by GET if the programmer of the site you want to upload wasn´t a complete freak.

that means that you ALWAYS need your real IP where the video or whatever you want to uplod is - if not the server can not reach this location and can´t use GET.
