AdultEmpireCash only pays 20% for rebills and join commissions are capped at $50

From their FAQ:
50% commission on initial sign ups.
(max $50 per signup)
Monthly Rebills:
1 thru 99 - 20%
100 thru 999 - 30%
1000 thru 2499 - 40%
2500 + - 50%
This means two things:
- You get paid only 20% on every rebill (unless you're one of their top affiliates)
- If you send them a larger sale such as $200, you only get paid $50 instead of 50%
