The site is very slow, are you on the vps or shared hosting? I think you should upgrade your hosting package (or change hosting). It looks like you are just coping other tube sites ' content, you are notgoing get far with just doing that. You should add more unique content (meaning change the titles, tags, et cetera). 6 seconds is a hideously slow time especially when the page simply stays white as yours does. You need to load some content quickly so users are busy looking at that and dont realise just how long it is taking to complete.
Id also agree re the footer, the list of categories makes the footer silly long, maybe move them to a drop down or float them left to sit side by side?Comment

first of all, the website looks decent, but it's in progress there are a few things I would advice to improve the results.
There are many things to optimize for example
1, the 'clickout' Once you click on a video now, you get a click out. Better is to open this video/redirect in a new window, cause you will lose a lot of traffic cause people close their window once they don't like the video or ad and then you lose the user.
2, there are no zero banners. Probably on purpose, but you might want to consider this again. Cause banners are more or less accepted these days. and you need to make money as well right :-)
3. Rewrite your titles. Now there are multiple languages, which is not user friendly and not good for your SEO.
Fixe these things first and I will give you some other tips as well! Cause I think I can make this list a lot longer ;-)

1 - Open in a new window, I do not believe it is a good experience for the user.
2 - Banner I'm not going to use it for now, because the traffic is very low still.
3 - I rewrite the titles but without changing the original language, because its my script changes automatically.

You could use cloudflare to make your site load faster and for the pop ads you could try getpopunder they have an service that allows you to add multiple ad networks and rotate them so you can earn more like that people will not run from your website.Comment

as mentioned is loading time one of the things what will not help you in ranks.
but the worst on all is that you do not have any kind of individuality. you copy titles from the original source and aou don´t even use own categorisation or something what makes you site useful.
just search in google for the titles and you will see that you are one of thousand copies (and for sure one of the slowest) from the same content. no reason for google to send users to your site when they can send it to the original.

Google will not show your inner pages since many have titles ripped from other tubes. Google also doesn't like sites with the same video content as other sites.
Encourage uploads and upload bought content. That is how the big tubes became big. None of them got that way by ripping videos from other tubes. That stopped working many years ago. At most you will get to 100,000 used per day and that ain't gonna cut it.

If i look into your sourcecode there is nothing elese what google could even use for a serp ranking than that. It is full of script code (what should be external) and there is nearly every thing missed what i call onsite SEO (what is the most important part of SEO work).
The only thing you have optimized there is the the phrase "Xporncine" and that is the one you climbed to no one.
But i doubt that there will be a lot of people searching for that.

well that depends on the markets you are in.
100 K users per day on an international mix and a smart ad placement strategy will make you maybe 100-150 bugs per day (if most traffis is still from tier 1 countries)
a tube works quite nice from 500 k on and with a good selection of countries what have a high advertisement value (means good rankings in the important countries and not in pakistan or nigeria)
the problem is, that most tube-copies are getting traffic from circle jerk, user exchange, blind clicks and other crap sources - but traffic is not traffic.
a webmaster what have a clue about SEO and knows how to make his tubesite unique can "easily" (with pacience) get 1 million visitors per day and make medium 4-digit revenues per day.
99% of the sites i see around are doing 1-2 digit per day and that means for me that it is FAR from professional work.
