Forest, I meant from the webmaster perspective. I don't want a $20k card balance for example. I want that in my accounts instead. It seems very attractive though, for smaller payouts from sponsor to webmaster.

depends on many things. f.ex. depends on the type of biz your payments are related to. actually 9% is a price for russian customers :( even though our company is based in russia. everybody knows how risky sometimes paypal payments are.

we can to amounts from $10.00 to $70,000.00

im not sure but can any other service claim a 70k CC balance and or transfer?
