Payoneer really sucks

    Payoneer really sucks

    Two months ago AWEmpire asked me to open a Payoneer account to get my payment cause they were unable to pay by check anymore.

    So I went to the Payoneer site, created an account and put my email account on the AWEmpire form to get my payment.

    Guess what, it doesn't work. For an obscure reason, I have to open an account from the AWEmpire button.

    So I've asked Payoneer support to cancel my account so that I could open a new one with the same email address but using the AWEmpire button.

    With Payoneer support you first have to wait a week for an answer. Obviously they asked me personal informations, twice, so I've lost two more weeks and now one month later they answer me the account is closed but that I have to use another email to open a new account.

    Never had any problems opening accounts on Paxum and Paypal (nor on ePasporte even if they have gone with a part of my money) and received money from Adult Programs.
    But seriously Payoneer sucks!!!
    Stop doing what you like and start doing what brings you money!

                  Fees are higher but the service works 100 percent of the time you get what you pay for (paxum)

                      Fred, just be smart and live chat with them.
                      That usually solves problems in 30 minutes.

                          I prefer live chat support too, their email support is on one email/reply per 3-4 days basis.

                                      Why did you sign up for the Mainstream version of Payoneer when you need an Adult approved account???

                                      Did AWE tell you to go to Payoneer.com to sign up?

                                          I've also had problems recently, never before, but now with the card payment needed with c4s.

                                          c4s have been great, but now waiting for response from payoneer about my card so I can receive payment... grrrrr
