    Russian Dead and Wounded in Syria

    ALEPPO, Syria ? Rebel shelling killed two Russian nurses and eight civilians Monday in Aleppo, and a Russian fighter jet crashed as it was returning to an aircraft carrier in the Mediterranean after a sortie over Syria, but the pilot ejected safely, Moscow officials said.

      The attack on the Russian Defense Ministry?s mobile hospital in Aleppo was planned, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Dec. 6.

      "We are confident that this attack was planned," the minister said. "It was planned by those who are trying to retain their positions in Aleppo under the guise of their foreign patrons."

                          BTW notice the difference in Russian involvement vs US involvement.. In Syria Russians just bomb everyone destroying entire city of Aleppo and still can't win after nearly a year bombing the same fucking city.


                          Meanwhile the US helping in Iraq..and ISIS is being run out of Mosul with it only being 2 months or so with out bombing hospitals and destroying an entire city in the process.

                                                  The operation to liberate Mosul, which was occupied by Daesh in June 2014, has been ongoing since October mid-October.

                                                  The offensive is led by Iraqi soldiers and Kurdish Peshmerga fighters and is backed by the US-led coalition.

                                                                                  There are two reasons that the "terrorists"/Muslims have any success at all on the field of battle and those reasons are, one, their lack of concern with the Geneva Convention and ,two, Rules of Engagement, about which they do not have any. The West are constrained by both and if not so there would be the annihilation of "terrorist" forces in a very short period of time.

                                                                                      Bartalla (Iraq) (AFP) - An air strike in Iraq has killed dozens of civilians in an area near the Syrian border still controlled by the Islamic State group, officials said.

                                                                                      The deadly strike came as Iraqi forces battled jihadists deep inside Mosul, edging closer to the River Tigris that divides the city and looking for a breakthrough in the seven-week-old offensive.

                                                                                      The speaker of Iraq's parliament, Salim al-Juburi condemned the air strike "that targeted a market area for civilians and resulted in the death and injury of dozens of them" in the town of Al-Qaim.

                                                                                      If confirmed, the blunder would be one of the worst cases of civilians being killed in strikes in Iraq since the start of the air campaign against IS in 2014.

                                                                                      Officials in Anbar, the western province in which Al-Qaim is located, said dozens were killed in the afternoon strike, although AFP could not reach sources in the town to confirm the casualty toll.
