Quite unrelated but lets add some fuel to the fire:

While reviewing my ICQ logs, I notice that I asked you on the 23rd of March if you had sent the dvds that I orderded from you.

To which you replied that you had sent them the previous Monday which would have made that the 17th of March.

It is now the 7th of April. Two weeks. I don't know how fast the US postal system is, but SexTracker seems able to mail me my cheques in a week without a problem.

Perhaps they are held up in customs I do not know, but I am still waiting. Just a friendly reminder :Graucho

After many years of dealing with con men I can tell you that what we have here is a real budding conman. He's as slimey as shit but he still gets people - even here - to help him.

When the heat really gets turned on him he turns it into a joke. He'll still be here cheating and conning his way around until he finds somewhere he can do it and make even more money.

The auction i bought specifically said full resell rights, rather than selling it for a profit i posted it on my site to share with others .... as long as i am not interfering with the sellers business or profits, i should not be held accountable for that.

Im no attorney and as i said i removed it because it is obvious it is infact stolen, but to constantly say i am the one that stole it is just not right.

Yes i have it, yes i paid for it, yes i have reciepts to prove i didnt just yank it off some website, and yes i removed it when it was proven to be someone elses material.

As i said if the owner wants the reciepts, even if only to help him bust the actual theift, then thats fine with me.

I also ordered dvd's, and after a certain amount of time, I contacted rich wondering where they were. He asured me he had mailed them the previous Monday. A few days later I contacted him via ICQ again. He said he was surprised I didn't have them yet. After a couple more days, they showed up on my doorstep. I checked the postmark on the package and it was for the day Rich said he mailed em. The USPS had my smut for at least 2 weeks!!!

They'll get there, and if they don't Rich will make it up to you.

I'm not really sure how eBay works, don't the auction pages still exist even after the auction has ended? Can't you just show us exactly where they are on ebay, for sale? Of course, if the auction pages are perged, you could just show us the receipts, no?
