    List of sites that changed the game and tried something new and it worked.

    Not sure about you guys but I always get inspired by success stories. I enjoy reading GrowthHackers and listening to podcasts for that reason. It's always nice to hear how someone attacked a problem from a different angle and had huge success in doing so. In most cases the ideas and tactics used can be applied to other areas.

    I thought it would be interesting to discuss adult sites that came out with completely different approach and site and that had success in doing so. So many people take the easy road and copy others. It takes innovation to come up with something new and usually the payoff is very rewarding.

    Here are a few that come to mind for me. Feel free to add those you think and your thoughts

    Leo is the first person who comes to mind. First he smashed it with MyFreePaysite. Under the radar came in and dominated the market. Then MyFreeCams.

    Rick is another with TheBestPorn and Ynot and Myporn. I know MyPorn hasn't hit full steam yet but it's undeniable at the time TheBestPorn really did change the game.

      I have to say ManyVids.com is on this list as well. Only recently found it. I've read a lot about them not fairly paying content providers but as a business/site it looks good. Great approach.

          Bangbros/nastydollars

          Before them it was all megasites claiming a million pics etc with purchased content/feeds with different frontends.

          Then Bangbros/nastydollars arrived with stripped back tours, exclusive content, weekly updates.

              YES! My memory was fuzzy when I was writing the post. I had a bunch in my mind then went blank hahah. BangBros/Nasty for sure. They set the standard. Changed porn forever.

                  Bangbus has to up there in the top 10. Then Pornhub, Xhamster, Youporn. Agree with MFC the free cams model is busting many balls. Now with Chaturbate the model is the future.

                  Manyvids.com looks interesting.

                          Great idea for a thread.

                          Twitter does it for me. Not just porn but you can find so much content and so many interesting people from around the world. Never found a medium so adept at collecting interesting people within the span of a minute. Its a creative incubator for any business model.

                                              The early advertising networks changed the game too.. Companies like EroAdvertising came and saw how to make money with ads.

                                              These days they suck, but they changed the game in my opinion.

                                                              Yes! I remember being at dinner with them in Vegas before they launched and was talking with them about it. Real Butts, Sublimedirectory, BangBus. they did things a little different and it worked.
