                      I once had a guy with a heavy Indian accent call me and tell me the state attorney general, the FBI and my local police department were all putting together a case against me and they were going to arrest me and put me in jail. If course, if I paid him a fee he could get this stopped. When I pointed out all the flaws in what he was saying he screamed in a very high pitched voice, "If you hang up you will be arrested!" It was pretty funny.
